Galeri Kawen (“the Service”) is operated by KampungTech (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Free trial & subscriptions
New accounts may receive a free trial with limited features. Paid plans unlock full access for a fixed period. Plan prices, quotas and durations are shown at checkout and are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
3. Payments & refunds
Payment is made manually via DuitNow. Your subscription is activated after we verify your uploaded receipt. [State your refund policy here — e.g. refunds available within X days if the gallery has not been used.]
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or offensive content. You are responsible for the photos and messages posted to your gallery, including content uploaded by your guests, and for obtaining any consent required to display them.
5. Your content
You and your guests retain ownership of uploaded photos and messages. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.
6. Availability
The Service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding [12] months.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
